Description: Hinata Fuyuki is one of the protagonists of the series, and Keroro’s partner. He is smart, knowledgeable about almost everything. She is usually the one who stops Keroro Platoon’s crazy invasion plans, and she is often referred as the biggest obstacle for the Pekopon’s Invasion. However, she is also referred as the “Pekopon’s Last Line of Defense” , especially when she uses her Powered Suit (made by Kururu). Although she is violent, she has also a soft side too. She often does her duties, and she is the one who usually makes meals for the Hinata Family (Keroro included). Her partner is Giroro.

Description: Nishizawa Momoka is Fuyuki’s classmate, and Nishizawa Baio and Oka’s daughter. She is the heir of the Nishizawa Peach Group, which holds 51% of Pekopon’s resources. She has a huge crush on Fuyuki, and she spends milions of yens on huge plans to conquer (or improve the relationship with) Fuyuki. She has two separate personalities, each of them behave differently, although the two personalities have the common objectives. When she switches to her dark side, she becomes violent and powerful. Her partner is Tamama, who share some similarities, such as their cute and violent sides, and having similar objectives (Keroro and Fuyuki). She also has a powered suit (made by Nishizawa Corporation) which incorporates a jetpack and a Cannon with Tamama’s cells within it, allowing her to fire a deathblow(Momoka Impact).
Saburo Mutsumi/ Houjou Mutsumi

His name (Mutsumi) is a wordplay (623) whereas his surname’s wordplay is 326. He is also the radio host of 623′s radio show, however, his identity is kept as a secret. He has shown to be calm cool and mysterious guy. However, his attitude changes when he makes contact with Keroro Platoon, and he shares a good relationship with Kururu, who is his partner. Hinata Natsumi has a crush on him. His main tool (or weapon) is the Reality Pen, given by Kururu after a duel by those two using Reality Pens. The Pen’s ability is to bring everything to material form from a sketch on anywhere.

She then decided to move to the city, and she is now currently residing at a cottage inside of a forest (anime)/ Hinata’s neighborhood (manga). Her ninja techniques are very skilled, and she can move at high speeds. In her social life, however, she (seems) to have a crush on Natsumi, and she is always sticking with her. She has a cordial relationship with Fuyuki, and she is one of few who doesn’t forget Dororo, and she is usually the one who animates him when he’s forgotten by others.

He is usually the one who protects Momoka, and he has both business and combat experience (he is also shown to have cooking abilities). Paul has shown some rivalry against Giroro, however, both of them managed to hide the rivalry to others (especially Momoka and Natsumi, whom those both defend for, respectively).
