You mean the biker? He probably had some cameos elsewhere, like in some random Side Six scenes (the underground alien street, which starts getting shown as an active location in the 3rd season) or maybe in that recent space race episode (296) but his only other relevant role was in episode 228 part B.
Is there an episode (not any of the intros /endings or anything) where Tamama and/or Taruru are dancing?
Additionally, are there any episodes based on Tamama and Taruru's friendship and/or how they met?

Designs and styles change on characters, the first comics are the old style, since the manga has been around for a long time, Mine Yoshizaki began drawing them differently as the manga progressed to be where it is today. As you can see, this is the same for the anime.
The style only changed over time, all artists have changes in their style at some point. Hope this answered your question.

I've seen practically all of the episodes, I do not recall any of the sort in either of them. Very sorry.
The style change is even the case for the anime, too! It's pretty remarkable, but definitely understandable. It just happens with time.

236, I think. The one with some special bubblegums made by Kururu. I can't check the episode right now, but I think Giroro got that face while chewing one of them. Best part of that episode is Mois getting Kururu's personality through one of those bubbleguns (mostly relevant in the 2nd story, although it happens in the 1st one).
