So anyone here can list the hierarchy of the rank in the military? I don't quite get it for sure.

Is Tamama like a baby Keron since he still has his tadpole tail ? Like whats the story behind that tail.

Tamama is probably 18, but due to a defect (according to an interview in the manga), he still has his tail.
