As someone in my experiance that takes roleplay to extremes. In my honest opinion: As long as the threads are orginized it should be fine.
You could count RPG as a forum game or fanfiction, but it really deserves its own topic.
The rules are to make sure the RP is in order and going with a good flow.
If a RPG has a good plot, and characters that work together... It binds.
Besides, they're not really there to read. Its just for the entertainment of the members.
Its a good way to get the imagination flowing.

In a lot of reasons... I completely agree with her reasoning.

The rules haven't been drafted yet for the club forum, so no clubs are allowed with the exception of the Garuru Club, who had permission from me from the last forum.

1. KCG is short for Keroro Card Game, a forum game I made up in the old forum.
2. We don't know Yoshizaki or the authors of KeroroLand so most likely there is little luck in submitting keroro OCs into the anime.
