Cleanup? It's only been a month XD. Probably before the the beginning of '10 we will do an official cleanup. I do a bit of cleaning up occasionally so it isn't too messy.
Are you gonna add a chat for the forums?

Most likely not. The old chatbox of KW has been abused, clogged itself up with spam, and it is not organized or efficient. Members of the chat as a result have caused the disablement of the chatbox on the main KW site.
Maybe if the members can prove to be responsible, I may consider it, but I'm adamantly against a Forum Chat for now. Chat discourages members from the forums and you can still use the old KW chatbox.
Plus, there isn't a necessity for it. There is a Forum Plugin for a chatbox, but it doesn't seem as advanced or organized and is pretty much the same as KW's Chatango Chatbox.
What exactly are rep points for?
Do they just help you gain the trust of other members and make you look good?

Basically to show how well known you are and what your Reputation around here is. Not much else to it, but it's a fun feature that tells you what members think about you.

Not to butt in, but it's more of the member's responsibility than the administrators. The admin don't create the clubs, the members do, so anything, you should be asking the members.
What happened to the Oekaki that Dobiba made?
