"Oyuyu! Oh no!" Looks like I'll have to carry him. I thought. I picked up Oyuyu, walking off. "Ryuzeze! I need help!" I called. "Stay with me, Oyuyu! Stay with me!"
I heard Jayroro's voice and started to wake up. "I'm... Fine..." I attempted to get up. "On second thought, can one of you guys help me... I could use the help..." I laughed weakly, trying to break the serious atmosphere.
"Of course I can help!" I said. I realized how bad that wound was compared to my bruises. All of a sudden, I felt like right now, the only thing that mattered was saving my friends.
"You three aren't going anywhere!" The voice came from a booth, but whoever it came from did not reveal himself.
I saw the look in Jayroro's eyes. They seemed different. Like they told me she changed here decision of getting out of here to saving just one person. Idiot... She needs to save herself... I thought weakly. Now's not the time for pity... "Thanks, Jayroro! I owe you one..." I said, concealing my thoughts with a happy outlook. Then I heard a voice. "The hell... You're gonna' try to kill us too?" I asked, annoyed by the constant interruptions.
"Why yes, I will! The name's Miruru. What's your name?" Miruru took out the smoke grenade he was going to use on Yoruru. "Oyuyu? That name's stupid. I'm gonna kill you extra bloodily now." He created a sword in his hand, and got ready to attack.
I braced for the worst. "Oh yeah? You're out manned! You can't---" Then I felt a slash against the opposite side. Ah crap... Not again... I fell to my knees and coughed a little. I looked at the ground and saw blood dripping onto the floor. "Hehe... That's it? I would have expected better..." I taunted. "Jayroro.... You and Ryuzeze get the hell outta' here... You hear me?" I asked sternly.
"Oyuyu! What the hell Miruru? Why?" I trembled in anger. "I guess I'll have to fight you!" I said, my eyes turning red. It's normal for my eyes to turn red, it's what I do when I'm angry. "I'll have to kill you, won't I?" I asked as I dashed forward, just missing Miruru's head.
I walked up him. Anger and sadness mixing in my eyes, although they still seemed blank from my close-up encounter with the flash grenade. "I won't allow you to harm anymore people..." I said, almost sternly. I feared Miruru would do his worst.
Take one for the team... I thought.
Idiots... They should've just left... He's too strong... I thought, impressed by their courage. I crawled towards a chair and tried to stand up again. Too much pain... Gotta' rest for a bit... I thought.
