Plot: Because the Keroro Platoon is taking so long to invade Pekopon, reinforcements (OCs) are being sent to speed up the invasion
Characters, OC's or pre-made: The main characters of the anime, along with OCs, both human and Pekoponian.
Rules: No godmodding, no power playing, etc.
