KeroroWorld once had a shoutbox in the past, but it got infested by spam around a year ago. Nevertheless, it provided every person the chance to meet people with different personalities. All it would need is a dedicated chat staff, and the spam would be combated/eliminated. I know of a few members willing to volunteer to moderate the shoutbox.
I would like to suggest the return of the chat. If it is located on the right places on the website, it can both benefit the forums and overall traffic.

Maybe if we use another chat site that's not Chatango and make the chat private.

Anyways, we could always go on DevART for a chatroom. They have plenty of those. Plus you can decide who should talk and who shouldn`t.
Well, we want new members to be able to come and stuff. KW already has a DA and some members might not want to make an account there for just that. Banning/flagging works easily if someone becomes a problem.

I'd be willing to work on the chat, I'm much more active when it comes to chatrooms.

I would be one as well. I go there more frequently and am there now.
A new chat for the forums? Sounds like a great idea if you ask me. Maybe get a chat that you can't unban yourself from? I'd be willing to mod the chat again if we get a new one.
