Yes, but we are not the only forum (or website in that matter) that has that problem. Every single 'big' website has an extremely high percentage of 'dead' or inactive accounts. There is no way we can prevent that.
For example, at an FFXIII forum I go to, they have 15,000 members. Only around 1,000 /actually/ posted, but only about 200 actually log on everyday.
It's not just a KWF thing, man.
