Chapter 1: The Black Hand
_______________________________________________________________
"These new servants... easy to have as assassins... easy to teach... easy to replace... and easy to manipulate. Kids... that's what is needed of my army."
-An unknown Keronian

"Awaken my servants!" The black Keronian yelled on the balcony in the very dark night.

In the yard under the balcony, many Keronians with black cloaks stood up. The all had tadpole faces and tales. They were still children. All of them had a black hand printing on their white faces. All of their hands were completely black. They even had a black hand as their anti barrier and on their stomachs. They all had blank expressions on their faces as if they just woke from a deep sleep.

"Tonight... we will vanquish all those who oppose us! Us... the black hand will show these foolish Keronians the power of our armies!" The black Keronian yelled. "For Traitor... and KERON!!!!"

"For Traitor.... and KERON!!!!" The cloaked Keronians repeated.

Two servants with black cloaks brought in a light blue tadpole Keronian. He looked new since he didn't have a cloak or any black hand prints on him. Rather, he didn't have a symbol on his forehead or stomach. Another Keronian was seen behind him. This Keronian was black and had a skull and crossbones on his stomach and his forehead.

The two servants dragged the blight blue Keronian onto the balcony with the announcer. The announcer then yelled, "We have a new recruit tonight! Let us begin the ritual!"

The two servants brought out a wooden chair and sat the light blue Keronian in it. One of the servants got out a bucket filed with black ink. The Keronian with the skull and crossbones got out a model of a human hand, dipped it in the ink, and stamped it on the light blue Keronian's, stomach and face. The servants then brought out an anti barrier that looked like a black hand and a black cloak out. They stood the light blue Keronian up and motioned him to dip both of his hands into the bucket. The light blue Keronian did so. Then the servants put the anti barrier on him and put the black cloak on him.

The light blue Keronian looked at his hands after all of this. He then put on a war face and made a growling noise. The Keronian with the skull and crossbones smiled evilly.

The announcer then continued his speech, "From this day forward... you will serve under us! For Traitor... and KERON!!!!"

"For Traitor... and Keron..." The light blue Keronian growled silently.

Chapter 2: The Lone Ranger

"I never thought my new friend would try to kill me. Yet, I am grateful for that. It was fate that brought us together. And fate will keep our friendship strong"
-Shashushu

The camo Keronian with his green cloak just stood there in the alley way, looking at the passing Keronians walking along the streets. They seemed to be very happy about life and talked to each other about how the weather was and other usual stuff people do.

The camo Keronian then sensed it. Something was watching him from behind. Swiftly, he turned around and grabbed an arm. There was a dagger in the hand of the arm he grabbed. There was a voice that said, "Hey! Let go of me!"

"It's not nice to kill the innocent." The camo Keronian said. He looked down from the arm and saw a light blue tadpole Keronian. He had a black hand print on his stomach and face. His hands were also black and so was his anti barrier on his dark blue hat.

"Innocent? You guys are trying to destroy our home planet! Us, the Black Hand will save our home!" The light blue Keronian yelled with anger.

"I don't know who told you that... but do I look like a bad guy?"

"Yes! In every way shape and form." The light blue Keronian did his best to pull his arm away from the camo Keronian's grasp.

"Tell me, what is your name?" The camo Keronian said.

"Ah, I see. Wanting to know the name of your killer. My name is Tomeme. Now let go of me so I can kill you!" The light blue Keronian said.

"I'm afraid I can't. Anyways, my name is Shashushu. Pleased to meet you."

"How could you be pleased to meet me? And how dare you talk like that baddy?!" Tomeme started using his other hand to break away with no luck.

"Quite talking like that please. But what really amazes me is that you saw me. A Ranger. It's not easy to see one. Especially one that doesn't want to be seen on sight."

Tomeme stopped struggling when he heard this. "A Ranger? I thought they went extinct!"

"No... I'm probably the only one left... after a tragic incident." Shashushu let go of Tomeme's hand. "Well... go ahead and do as you wish. If you want the Rangers extinct... go ahead and kill me."

Tomeme lifted the dagger up to eye level and looked at it. His hand that held the dagger was twitching really nervously. "Should I? Should I not? What to do? What to do? Are Rangers the good guys or the bad guys? What are they? I want to know more!" He thought.

The next thing everyone knew, there was the sound of clanging metal on the concrete floor. The dagger's owner abandoned it.

Tomeme and Shashushu just sat on a tree branch laughing and talking as if nothing has ever happened.

"You know Tomeme... you met me the same way I met an old friend... except I didn`t try to kill him." Shashushu said looking off into the sky.

Tomeme blushed with embarresment and said, "Uh yeah... about that..."

"No need to worry. I forgive you. After all, it`s how we met to be great friends."

"Yeah... great friends." Tomeme said silently. But that`s when he remembered his assassin friends. All being possessed into what real evil is. I now know the truth... Traitor is the real evil deal. I must stop him. And along with it, save my friends from being brain washed into killing the innocent. But how?

Shashushu looked at Tomeme and saw how he was struggling with his thoughts. "Are you all right?" Shashushu asked.

"Huh? What?" Tomeme looked at Shashushu and said, "Yeah, I`m fine. It`s just... nevermind."

"Well, if there is anything you need me to help you with, I`ll be glad to do so."

"Yeah..." Tomeme just looked off into the distance with a blank expression on his face, "I sure will need help..." Tomeme thought it over and finally said, "... you know, Shashushu... think you can help me show my friends what is really going on?"

Shashushu just looked down at Tomeme with a puzzled expression saying, "Your friends? Who are they?"

"Just some... assassins... that want to like... um... kill everyone..."
