Here’s a great write up by one of our Japanese-speaking fans (kerogirori) who just saw this movie in the theaters. Kerogirori has written 4 parts about the movie, read them and check out the trailer!
Story Part 1-mystery in Machu Picchu: One day, The Keroro Platoon goes to Machu Picchu with Fuyuki. Fuyuki is happy that Keroro took him there, but he didn’t know that this was a part of an invasion plan. Originally, Keroro came here, because Kururu spotted an enormous energy source coming from Machu Picchu. After some walk, they come across what seemed like an dead end, a wall with an upside-down triangle on it. But when they touch it, it leads to an another corridor. Kururu warns from outside of the Macchu Picchu, that there might be traps, but he was too late, because Keroro has already stepped on the button, which activates the trap. After stepping on numbers of buttons, Fuyuki finally steps on a right button, that lead to a room. There, they see a weird room with an object in the middle with a key stuck to it. Again, Keroro pushes the key, and the room started to activate. In their narrow escape, Fuyuki sees a mysterious girl standing in the middle.
Story Part 2-the mysterious UFO:After Keroro Platoon and Fuyuki comes back in Oku-Tokyo, everything seemed normal. Giroro is mad because the Machu Picchu plan was completely fruitless, Fuyuki, Natsumi, and Koyuki eats some pizza, and Keroro is happy because a new gunpla is out. Keroro gives his wallet to Fuyuki so that he could buy the new 1\100 Gunpla for him. At the gunpla store, Fuyuki decides to buy the gunpla with his own money, because Gunso took him to Machu Picchu. But when he came out from the store, an humongous UFO appears in the sky, covering the entire city.
Meanwhile, Mois finds out that the UFO is going to Nishizawa residence, so the platoon (except for kururu, as always) sets out to Momoka’s mansion to see what’s going on. There, they meet new character, who attaks them, because ‘the old king (platoon, mainly Keroro) is no longer needed’. They were Shivava, and Doruru (see character section). Shivava acts like he’s Mr-everything, which sets off Tamama’s jealousy switch, and Doruru happens to be Giroro’s old rival. Despite their effort, Tamama and Giroro loses to their rival. Then, out of the UFO, a Keron who looks exactly like (that’s what they said, but not really) Keroro, and says that he’s the new king, Keroro daigunso (‘dai’ as better and bigger).
Story Part 3-”I shall invade in next 2 miniutes”:The Dark Keroro announces that he’ll invade Pekopon in 2 minutes. He first gets control over all computers around the world in the first minuite, then he send a ‘mini-keroro statue’ over the world, which sends a brain-washing electric wave to everyone except for Keronian. Everyone, except for Saburo and Fuyuki, gets brainwashed that Dark Keroro is the king. Even Natsumi and Koyuki do!!! Keroro goes to Dark Keroro’s UFO and tries to talk him out of it, but of course, he couldn’t. Fuyuki goes to save him, which interested Dark Keroro, because they were ‘connected through a special connection’, which Dark Keroro didn’t understand.
Story Part 4-”Rescue out Natsumi and Koyuki!!!”: Soon after the rescue of Keroro, Fuyuki and the Platoon, (Kururu was figuring out what Dark Keroro is, by using his awesome technology skill back in the secret base at this point,)gets trapped in a what seemed like a coliseum. There, they encounter Natsumi and Koyuki brainwashed, trying to fight each other with a humongous hammer and an ax. With Fuyuki’s quick thinking (watch the movie for what it was,) Natsumi and Koyuki goes back to normal. When they ran though, Keroro drops his new Gunpla he bought earlier, but Fuyuki drags him away. They find a Secret Passage Way and hide there. They notice that the UFO is Machu Picchu itself.
